1) The cartons packing and plastic bags are included in the delivered price of goods eccept
different dispositions .
2) Once goods have left our warehouse the risk passes to the customer. All other
terms remain as agreed with Cartoplast S.r.l.
3) Any claims for defective goods must be made within 15 days of receiving goods , over
which declines every responsibility.
Claims should be made to Cartoplast S.r.l. srl by telephone , e-mail or normal post to our office in Monza ( Italy) .
4) Cartoplast S.r.l. must be offered the opportunity to inspect the defective goods in order to
either dispute or agree to the claim.
5) All delivery times quoted are indicative only. Cartoplast reserve the right to extend
deliveries by 5 days from the estimated date of delivery to ensure that the order is
completed.
6) Cartoplast S.r.l. will not accept any claims for direct or indirect damages arising from late
delivery where this has been caused by a delay on your behalf.
7) The conditions of our offers are in relationship to the actual values of the principal materials . The prices generally reflect the variations caused by possible changes of the volumes of ordinations or other commercial causes .
The suitable quotations of our products have a validity of 15 days from the issue of the same offer.
Cartoplast S.r.l. reserves the right to make variations and/or modifications to the most suitable choice of its reference plastic materials , based on the purchase contracts by its suppliers .
